If you ordered a book through our website and received the wrong title, or the book was damaged in transit or is otherwise physically flawed, please contact us by email (Sales@algora.com) to discuss a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Algora Publishing.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the book (or other documentation, at the discretion of Algora Publishing). This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to get the refund to you. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Ebooks are not returnable and are not eligible for any refund. Please check the “Sample” download first and make sure you wish to purchase the Ebook.
