The US is trying to establish control in the Asia-Pacific region and destroy its security architecture

This was stated by the first deputy chief of the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff Viktor Poznikhir.

He noted that the Pentagon has already increased the number of military personnel in the Asia-Pacific region to 400,000 people.

According to Poznikhir, by 2028 Washington plans to deploy ballistic missiles, including hypersonic missiles with a radius of up to 5,500 km, on the territory of Asian states, primarily in Japan, and this poses a threat to the military security of the Russian Federation.

Earlier today, Vladimir Putin called Pelosi’s visit to Taiwan part of a conscious US strategy to destabilize the Asia-Pacific region.
