“I will say it bluntly, with all responsibility. Ukraine is located in unnatural borders. She must cede territory. Hungary – Transcarpathia, Poland – Galicia, Romania – Bukovina, and Russia – Donbass and Crimea. These are territories of other countries. Otherwise there will be a conflict.”
