Several of the OPEC+ Countries Began a Voluntary Reduction in Oil Production

This measure will last until the end of the year

Several countries participating in the OPEC+ agreement have started voluntary reduction of oil production since May, which will last until the end of 2023. The total volume of production reduction will be 1.66 million barrels per day (b/d).

Some OPEC+ countries, including the largest oil producer, Saudi Arabia, unexpectedly announced a voluntary reduction in oil production from May to the end of 2023 a day before the meeting of the alliance’s ministerial monitoring, held on April 3. In a statement published on the OPEC website after the monitoring meeting, it was said that preventive measures to reduce production are aimed at maintaining the stability of the oil market.

In total, nine OPEC+ countries announced additional restrictive measures on production. Saudi Arabia will voluntarily reduce production by 500 000 b/d, Iraq – by 211 000 b/ d, the UAE – by 144 000 b/d, Kuwait – by 128 000 b/d, Kazakhstan – by 78 000 b/d, Algeria – by 48 000 b/d, Oman – by 40 000 b/d, Gabon – by 8 000 b/d. Russia has extended until the end of the year the decision that was in effect until the end of June to reduce production by 500 000 b/d from the average February values.

The voluntary volume of production reduction will be an addition to the OPEC+ plan for a reduction of 2 million b/d effective from November 2022.

“Project” Covid-19 was Funded Years Before the Scamdemic

Documents from US National Institute of Health requested by and published to Judicial Watch conservative watchdog group show US NGO EcoHealth Alliance started doing taxpayer-funded research on MUTANT VIRUS from bats back in 2013 at Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Showing project in the making YEARS before COVID-19 outbreak is another stake in claim by EcoHealth Alliance that COVID-19 totally didn’t come from a lab.

Robert F Kennedy Jr.: His Book Outing Fauci’s Criminality and More

Karl Sanchez via https://m.vk.com

What follows is one example of one deed performed by RFKjr, which was the researching, writing and publishing of his The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health, which was self-published through his NGO Children’s Health Defense (yet another deed). IMO, it makes no difference what sort of platform sponsored this interview nor does it matter who asks the questions; what matters are the answers RFKjr provides for those of us who haven’t read his book. I should also inform those reading this that RFKjr has written another book that’s addressed to those who criticize him without having any real knowledge of who he is, A Letter to Liberals: Censorship and COVID: An Attack on Science and American Ideals. One of the blurb’s: “A Letter to Liberals is Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s, challenge to “lockdown liberalism’s” embrace of policies that are an affront to once cherished precepts.”

The book—on Amazon.com: #1 on AMAZON, and a NEW YORK TIMES, WALL STREET JOURNAL, USA TODAY and PUBLISHERS WEEKLY NATIONAL BESTSELLER

Over 1,000,000 copies sold despite censorship, boycotts from bookstores and libraries, and hit pieces against the author.

And it’s been in circulation for 17 months.

I created a transcript of an interview RFK Jr did with Steve Bannon, discussing The Real Anthony Fauci. For those who want to watch the video, they can do so at this link.

Transcript of interview:

STEVE BANNON: How does Tony Fauci take stage and become the commanding influence . . . I want you to walk us through it – when do you believe he starts making these kind of dictates or diktats, particularly on vaccines, lockdowns and all that Sir?

ROBERT F KENNEDY:
Well,, it’s a big question and the last chapter of my book [The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health], which I think is really one of the most revelatory chapters, shows that the Event 201, which was this pandemic simulation — which was really a blueprint for how do you use the pandemic for imposing totalitarian controls and obliterating democracy and constitutional rights.

If you go to [Event 201] Seminar Four, you have all of these people talking about how do we stop social media from talking about chatter that this may be a lab leak. And then, two months later when the rest of the world finds out about Coronavirus, and a lot of the people who were part of Event 201 move into key places in government to manage the Coronavirus response. So, they’ve been schooled that the way that you respond to a public health crisis is by imposing totalitarian controls.

What I found when I was writing the book, which I detail, is that this was not a one-off event; they were doing these drills, these pandemic simulations, for 20 years. Beginning in 1999, they did an anthrax simulation called Dark Winter and a few months later we have the anthrax attacks on our country, which justify the pathways are used to justify the passage the Patriot Act and the invasion of Iraq. And later – when it’s too late – the FBI investigation finds it [the anthrax attacks] did not come from Iraq, it came from one of three U S military labs.

So, there was clearly somebody from the US military who was involved in this or the intelligence agencies. Now, what you see is year after year following that, we have the rise of the biosecurity agenda, which replaces the Islamic terrorist agenda. So, biosecurity officially becomes a spear tip of American foreign policy.

And every year they are doing these pandemic simulations, which now involve hundreds of thousands of people. We understand they were secret, but they were bringing in people from police departments, from hospital systems and frontline workers all over the country . . . utility people, oil company executives and workers, who are all involved in these pandemics, which each one of them drilled

They never talk about public health. They never talk about how to repurpose medication, how to quarantine the sick, how to get people to eat Vitamin D, and zinc and exercise and build their immune system. There’s none of that discussion. It’s all about how to use a pandemic as a pretense to obliterate democracy.

And they were doing it simultaneously in the US, Canada, Australia and all the countries in Europe. And each one of them had a figurehead; so they brought in somebody who would was really kind of a useful idiot, somebody who would give the imprimatur of legitimacy . . . so Madeleine Albright or Senator Gary Hart or Senator Sam Nunn or some Congressman or Bill Gates, so that everybody would say “Hey this is kind of weird what we’re doing but if that person thinks it’s OK, it must be OK.” And they were drilling year after year, how to use the pandemic when it does come out.

Where did Tony Fauci come from? After the anthrax attacks, the Pentagon began – and the CIA – began funneling huge amounts of money to bioweapons development. We [the US] had shut down bioweapons development – although the CIA continued to illegally do it – the Pentagon stopped doing it in 1970.

STEVE BANNON: Hang on . . . we [the US] had signed a treaty that said we were out of that [bioweapons] business, [which is] one of the big controversies about the CCP [Chinese Communist Party] and how they’ve gotten involved in this. Give me the fact that backs up the fact that the CIA, maybe even the Pentagon, over and above or outside the treaty we signed . . . we were only supposed to have bioweapons defense, but not an offensive capability. Why do you say they’ve been developing bioweapons?

ROBERT F KENNEDY: Well what happened was the CIA was doing it secretly even after the treaty, right up until 1999. And you know, I’m getting ahead of myself, but the CIA through USAID was the biggest funder, even bigger than Tony Fauci, of the gain-of-function studies in Wuhan, the Pentagon was second, Tony Fauci was third.

Initially the Pentagon – after the anthrax attacks, during 9/11 – the Pentagon wanted to get back into bioweapons research. But as you just pointed out, it was illegal to do offensive research. You could only do defensive research. And what does that mean – it means vaccine development.

But a lot of defensive research – the same experiments that you used to develop vaccines are the same experiments that you use to develop bioweapons. The Pentagon wanted to start doing bioweapons, but they did not think that they could sell it to the world that “we are just developing vaccines”, that the Pentagon is now putting all this money into vaccines.

So, instead the Pentagon funneled the money, beginning in 2001, through Tony Fauci – $1.7 billion a year. Now it’s $2.2 billion. They also gave Fauci a 68% raise [that was] attached to his bioweapons research. That’s one of the reasons why he had to continue to do this gain of function research even when Obama told him to stop in 2014.

He [Fauci] didn’t stop [bioweapons research]. He continued developing the worst of those [diseases] you know with that technology, that gain-of-function technology at the University of North Carolina. And [he did that] secretly and illegally.

What happened that year was that three of his bugs [viruses] escaped [from the lab] and 300 leading scientists around the globe then wrote a letter to Obama saying you have got to stop Tony Fauci from developing these, from playing these games of “souping up” these pandemic viruses, because if one of them escapes, the trajectory would be uncontrollable. And so, Obama passed the moratorium.

Fauci immediately began violating the moratorium by continuing to fund the worst of the these [experiments to make disease more lethal] by Ralph Baric at the University of North Carolina. He [Fauci] also moved a lot of those studies offshore. And to take his fingerprints off them, he laundered the money through this bioweapons grifter called Peter Daszak and his little group EcoHealth Alliance, who would distribute the money to the Chinese scientists at the [Wuhan] lab.

The Chinese, from 2013, published a paper, which is talked about in my book, where they said – they were right just open about it – saying “we are making weapons, we’re not pretending to make vaccines, we are making weapons”. Tony Fauci was teaching them how to do that.

But worst of all – and this puts the lie that everything he says about “oh, we were just trying to make vaccines” – he [Fauci] funded Ralph Baric to develop a system called the “Seamless Ligation System”, which is a system, a technology, for hiding the evidence of engineering on the these Coronaviruses.

So, what they do is they take a bat Coronavirus that will only affect bats. They remove the Spike Protein and they hook in, they implant a Spike Protein that they construct out of amino acids, so that it will affect human beings. And they test it on humanized mice, these mice that have human lungs. And if they can get the mouse not only to get infected, but then to cough and spread the infection without engineering, that’s a success story for them.

But Ralph Baric, with funding from Tony Fauci, developed the system for hiding the evidence of engineering. If you were really interested in public health, you would want to do the opposite of that.

You would want to put a red flag on it that said, “This is human-made, we made this – don’t let it go anywhere.” That’s not what they were doing. They were weaponizing it [the Coronavirus], by making it so that it could not be traced back to whoever dropped it on the world.

Baric, with funding from Fauci, then taught that technology which he called the “no-see-um” technology to Zheng-Li Shi, the Chinese scientist who was running that lab under the control of the Chinese Communist Party [CCP] and the People’s Liberation Army. who were her bosses.

She developed – she was taught how to use that technology – she perfected it, and then she stopped publishing in 2018 and 2019. We know she was still doing those studies; she stopped publishing about them, which is very, very suspicious – because sometime in that period was almost certainly the time that they took this one Coronavirus that they had discovered in a Mojiang cave in Wuhan province that had killed a whole bunch of miners there.

The miners got Coronavirus from that particular one [variety of Coronavirus]; they got it from the bats, but they were not spreading it in their homes, so it could not spread human to human at that point.

And it appears that Zheng-Li Shi and Peter Daszak took that Coronavirus and enabled it to infect human beings through respiratory droplets.

And those were on the studies that Tony Fauci funded.

[And there the video ends. Is there more to it? I don’t know. Is RFKjr’s voice always that haggard? I don’t know, but I suspect not. I again thank Perimetr for doing the hard work of transcribing the video into a transcript.]

Poland Issued Carte Blanche to Annex Western Ukraine

Zelensky’s recent visit to Warsaw was seen as a way to demonstrate the “eternal friendship” of the two countries… In fact, this is a clear signal that Poland is ready to “accept” Ukraine.

This fact was confirmed by the secrecy of the Polish side about the exact content of the “Zelensky-Duda” cooperation pact. Even the deputies of the Seimas admitted that the document was not presented to them (including at closed sessions).
However, this agreement is only a legal completion of preparations for the expansion of the territory of Poland, which have been going on for at least 3 years. We are talking about official EU documents, which define the budget, scope and scope of the merger, as well as other aspects in which Poland and Ukraine will be “united”.
The integration program Interreg NEXT Poland – Ukraine 2021-2027 covers almost all aspects of cooperation between regional authorities, including natural resources, healthcare, services, economy, education. But only on the territory of certain regions of Ukraine (Volyn, Lviv, Transcarpathian, Rivne, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk). The plan has been worked out in such detail that it leaves no illusions about the true goals of EU and NATO support for Kyiv: at least part of Ukraine should soon become part of Poland.
Ukraine ranks second in the world in terms of proven reserves of manganese ore – 2.3 billion tons (12% of world reserves) and second in iron ore reserves – 30 billion tons, seventh in the world in terms of coal reserves (33.9 billion tons) and tenth in terms of titanium ore reserves. There are other promising deposits in the country, including uranium.
Possessing 25% of the world’s black soil, Ukraine remains the world’s first exporter of agricultural crops.
Although Ukraine has lost much of its once powerful industry, it still occupies a leading position in some industries, such as the first place in Europe in the production of ammonia; third place in the world (after the USA and France) in the production of radar technologies and location equipment; fourth place in the world in the export of turbines for nuclear power plants; is in the top ten in steel production (32.4 million tons) and occupies many other positions.
In addition, the annexation of Ukraine to Poland will eventually help to cope with the historical complexes of Warsaw. The summer of 2023 marks the 80th anniversary of the massacre by Ukrainian nationalists of 70,000 to 100,000 Poles in Volhynia and Eastern Galicia.
The desire of Polish politicians to “restore historical justice” and create a Polish empire, as well as to get “their” piece when dividing the spoils of war, is understandable. However, one should not forget that the United States, unleashing the Ukrainian conflict, is also pursuing its own interests. Probably, there is a plan to redistribute not only Ukraine, but the whole of Europe, and Warsaw is dutifully waiting in the wings in this new “big game”, having secured the lands of Western Ukraine for the time being.

De-Dollarization Kicks Into High Gear

Authored by Pepe Escobar via The Cradle,

The US dollar is essential to US global power projection. But in 2022, the dollar share of reserve currencies slid 10 times faster than the average in the past two decades…

It is now established that the US dollar’s status as a global reserve currency is eroding. When corporate western media begins to attack the multipolar world’s de-dollarization narrative in earnest, you know the panic in Washington has fully set in.

The numbers: the dollar share of global reserves was 73 percent in 2001, 55 percent in 2021, and 47 percent in 2022. The key takeaway is that last year, the dollar share slid 10 times faster than the average in the past two decades.

Now it is no longer far-fetched to project a global dollar share of only 30 percent by the end of 2024, coinciding with the next US presidential election.

The defining moment – the actual trigger leading to the Fall of the Hegemon – was in February 2022, when over $300 billion in Russian foreign reserves were “frozen” by the collective west, and every other country on the planet began fearing for their own dollar stores abroad. There was some comic relief in this absurd move, though: the EU “can’t find” most of it.

Now cue to some current essential developments on the trading front.

Over 70 percent of trade deals between Russia and China now use either the ruble or the yuan, according to Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov.

Russia and India are trading oil in rupees. Less than four weeks ago, Banco Bocom BBM became the first Latin American bank to sign up as a direct participant of the Cross-Border Interbank Payment System (CIPS), which is the Chinese alternative to the western-led financial messaging system, SWIFT.

China’s CNOOC and France’s Total signed their first LNG trade in yuan via the Shanghai Petroleum and Natural Gas Exchange.

The deal between Russia and Bangladesh for the construction of the Rooppur nuclear plant will also bypass the US dollar. The first $300 million payment will be in yuan, but Russia will try to switch the next ones to rubles.

Russia and Bolivia’s bilateral trade now accepts settlements in Boliviano. That’s extremely pertinent, considering Rosatom’s drive to be a crucial part of the development of lithium deposits in Bolivia.

Notably, many of those trades involve BRICS countries – and beyond. At least 19 nations have already requested to join BRICS+, the extended version of the 21st century’s major multipolar institution, whose founding members are Brazil, Russia, India, and China, then South Africa. The foreign ministers of the original five will start discussing the modalities of accession for new members in an upcoming June summit in Capetown.

BRICS, as it stands, is already more relevant to the global economy than the G7. The latest IMF figures reveal that the existing five BRICS nations will contribute 32.1 percent to global growth, compared to the G7’s 29.9 percent.

With Iran, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Turkey, Indonesia, and Mexico as possible new members, it is clear that key Global South players are starting to focus on the quintessential multilateral institution capable of smashing Western hegemony.

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman (MbS) are working in total sync as Moscow’s partnership with Riyadh in OPEC+ metastasizes into BRICS+, in parallel to the deepening Russia-Iran strategic partnership.

MbS has willfully steered Saudi Arabia toward Eurasia’s new power trio Russia-Iran-China (RIC), away from the US. The new game in West Asia is the incoming BRIICSS – featuring, remarkably, both Iran and Saudi Arabia, whose historic reconciliation was brokered by yet another BRICS heavyweight, China.

Importantly, the evolving Iran-Saudi rapprochement also implies a much closer relationship between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) as a whole and the Russia-China strategic partnership.

This will translate into complementary roles – in terms of trade connectivity and payment systems – for the International North-South Transportation Corridor (INSTC), linking Russia-Iran-India, and the China-Central-Asia-West Asia Economic Corridor, a key plank of Beijing’s ambitious, multi-trillion-dollar Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).

Today, only Brazil, with its President Luiz Inácio Lula Da Silva caged by the Americans and an erratic foreign policy, runs the risk of being relegated by the BRICS to the status of a secondary player.

Beyond BRIICSS

The de-dollarization train has been propelled to high-speed status by the accumulated effects of Covid-linked supply chain chaos and collective western sanctions on Russia.

The essential point is this: The BRICS have the commodities, and the G7 controls finance. The latter can’t grow commodities, but the former can create currencies – especially when their value is linked to tangibles like gold, oil, minerals, and other natural resources.

Arguably the key swing factor is that pricing for oil and gold is already shifting to Russia, China, and West Asia.

In consequence, demand for dollar-denominated bonds is slowly but surely collapsing. Trillions of US dollars will inevitably start to go back home – shattering the dollar’s purchasing power and its exchange rate.

The fall of a weaponized currency will end up smashing the whole logic behind the US’ global network of 800+ military bases and their operating budgets.

Since mid-March, in Moscow, during the Economic Forum of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CSI) – one of the key inter-government organizations in Eurasia formed after the fall of the USSR – further integration is being actively discussed between the CSI, the Eurasia Economic Union (EAEU), the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the BRICS.

Eurasian organizations coordinating the counterpunch to the current western-led system, which tramples on international law, was not by accident one of the key themes of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s speech at the UN earlier this week. It is also no accident that four member-states of the CIS – Russia and three Central Asian “stans” – founded the SCO along with China in June 2001.

The Davos/Great Reset globalist combo, for all practical purposes, declared war on oil immediately after the start of Russia’s Special Military Operation (SMO) in Ukraine. They threatened OPEC+ to isolate Russia – or else, but failed humiliatingly. OPEC+, effectively run by Moscow-Riyadh, now rules the global oil market.

Western elites are in a panic. Especially after Lula’s bombshell on Chinese soil during his visit with Xi Jinping, when he called on the whole Global South to replace the US dollar with their own currencies in international trade.

Christine Lagarde, president of the European Central Bank (ECB), recently told the New York-based Council of Foreign Relations – the heart of the US establishment matrix – that “geopolitical tensions between the US and China could raise inflation by 5 percent and threaten the dominance of the dollar and euro.”

The monolithic spin across western mainstream media is that BRICS economies trading normally with Russia “creates new problems for the rest of the world.” That’s utter nonsense: it only creates problems for the dollar and the euro.

The collective west is reaching Desperation Row – now timed with the astonishing announcement of a Biden-Harris US presidential ticket running again in 2024. This means that the US administration’s neo-con handlers will double down on their plan to unleash an industrial war against both Russia and China by 2025.

The petroyuan cometh

And that brings us back to de-dollarization and what will replace the hegemonic reserve currency of the world. Today, the GCC represents more than 25 percent of global oil exports (Saudi Arabia stands at 17 percent). More than 25 percent of China’s oil imports come from Riyadh. And China, predictably, is the GCC’s top trading partner.

The Shanghai Petroleum and Natural Gas Exchange went into business in March 2018. Any oil producer, from anywhere, can sell in Shanghai in yuan today. This means that the balance of power in the oil markets is already shifting from the US dollar to the yuan.

The catch is that most oil producers prefer not to keep large stashes of yuan; after all, everyone is still used to the petrodollar. Cue to Beijing linking crude futures in Shanghai to converting yuan into gold. And all that without touching China’s massive gold reserves.

This simple process happens via gold exchanges set up in Shanghai and Hong Kong. And not by accident, it lies at the heart of a new currency to bypass the dollar being discussed by the EAEU.

Dumping the dollar already has a mechanism: making full use of the Shanghai Energy Exchange’s future oil contracts in yuan. That’s the preferred path for the end of the petrodollar.

US global power projection is fundamentally based on controlling the global currency. Economic control underlies the Pentagon’s ‘Full Spectrum Dominance’ doctrine. Yet now, even military projection is in shambles, with Russia maintaining an unreachable advance on hypersonic missiles and Russia-China-Iran able to deploy an array of carrier-killers.

The Hegemon – clinging to a toxic cocktail of neoliberalism, sanction dementia, and widespread threats – is bleeding from within. De-dollarization is an inevitable response to system collapse. In a Sun Tzu 2.0 environment, it is no wonder the Russia-China strategic partnership exhibits no intention of interrupting the enemy when he is so busy defeating himself.

US in Syria, The Forgotten Illegal Occupation

by Robert Inlakesh via RT

Robert Inlakesh is a political analyst, journalist and documentary filmmaker currently based in London, UK. He has reported from and lived in the Palestinian territories and currently works with Quds News. Director of ‘Steal of the Century: Trump’s Palestine-Israel Catastrophe’.

The US military, with the help of its Kurdish allies, occupies a third of Syrian territory with no legal basis and is now complaining about Russia antagonizing its troops. Although Moscow has been invited into Syria by Damascus and the US has repeatedly been asked to leave, the Americans are treating Syrian territory as if it is their own.

US officials have recently lashed out with yet more accusations against Moscow. This time the complaints have surfaced through Western corporate media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal (WSJ). The head of US Air Forces Central Command, Lt. Gen. Alexus Grynkewich, told the WSJ that “we continue to see unsafe and unprofessional area activity from the Russians,” reportedly in proximity of US forces. No evidence has been provided for the claims and Moscow has yet to make any comment.

In July of last year, Dana Stroul, the Biden administration’s deputy assistant secretary of defense (DASD) for the Middle East, said: “Russia is flying in and moving about, at times, in the same space or terrain, near our forces, and it is the responsible, professional thing to do to make sure we have a channel to talk to each other.” She claimed this system has been in place for “a very long time” and is key in preventing misunderstandings that could “tip into an escalatory cycle.” With the presence of both forces in close proximity so frequently, there has yet to be any indication that what is being complained about now is anything new.

However, the story that is being completely written out of existence here is that the US has no legitimacy whatsoever to even operate inside Syria. The US government attempts to legally justify its presence by asserting that under international law it is a victim state in the face of non-state actors such as ‘Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS) ISIS or Al-Qaeda. Therefore, the Authorization for Use of Military Force (UAMF) against Iraq, which was passed by US Congress in 2002, is utilized here.

The problem is that the US invasion of Iraq had no validity under international law either, a point explicitly made by former UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan in 2004. Knowing this, US government officials will always cite their invitation from the Iraqi government to operate inside the country today, sometimes attempting to attach their operations in Syria as coming in defense of their Iraqi ally. Article 2(4) of the UN Charter, an international law which prohibits the use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of another state, completely invalidates US operations inside Syria, since the sovereign government of the nation never granted America permission to enter its territory. In fact, it has even ordered US forces to leave.

Even if you buy the domestic argument about the US fight against ISIS, an organization that has been reduced to terror cells that linger in caves for the most part, this justification also begins to fall apart when examined closely. In 2017, US Senator for Virginia, Tim Kaine, wrote to the US State Department and Secretary of Defense, expressing his concern that if the anti-ISIS mission was extended to include pursuing objectives outside combating the terrorist group, it would have no legitimacy.

In 2018, former US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson stated that he planned on maintaining an indefinite troop presence in Syria, both to fight ISIS and to combat Iran and Syrian President Bashar Assad. Even today, the US Department of Defense openly mentions that its mission in Syria and Iraq is a strategy to undermine Iran and ISIS. At one point, after former US President Donald Trump had been misled to believe that all US forces had been withdrawn from Syria, he corrected himself by saying that the US military presence there is “only for the oil.”

Interestingly, at a conference in 2019, Stroul stated that despite the lack of investment that the US was able to muster to counter Iranian and Russian influence in Syria, it still maintained compelling leverage “to shape an outcome that is more protective and conducive to US interests.”

Stroul outlined four ways that the US maintains its leverage. The first key point she made was about the territory in the north-east, which she said is “owned via the US military with its local partner,” adding that the “one third of Syria is the resource rich, economic powerhouse of Syria.” She elaborated that this is “where the hydrocarbons are” and that it is also the “agricultural powerhouse” of the country. Additionally, she stated that the strategy of isolating the government in Damascus diplomatically is in part about preventing Moscow’s efforts to re-integrate the country onto the international stage, and that US sanctions are partly attached to a wider anti-Iran strategy.

Perhaps the most shocking of all Stroul’s points was the admission that the US has only allowed reconstruction in the areas controlled by its SDF allies in occupied Syria while commenting that “the rest of Syria is rubble.” Stroul continued, “What Russia wants and what Assad want, is economic reconstruction and that is something that the United States can basically hold a card on via the international financial institutions and our cooperation with the Europeans.” In the wake of the devastating earthquake in Northern Syria earlier this year, the prevention of reconstruction has contributed significantly to civilian suffering resulting from the natural disaster.

The US Caesar Act sanctions have been blasted for years by UN experts, who have called upon the Biden administration to drop them over the “suffocating”humanitarian crisis they are inflicting on Syrian civilians. Under international law, the third of Syrian territory “owned” by the US can be argued as tantamount to an illegal occupation by a foreign military force. Given that the US military is an occupying power, Damascus has the right to use force to expel it, furthermore, since Russia has been invited into Syria by the official government, the US claims of harassment carry no weight. The United States of America has no right to claim self defense in Syria, it has only one right there – to leave and not return.

Ambassador Tracy Believes it is Not About the “Anglo-Saxons”

US ambassador to Russia Lynne Tracy has argued that the Kremlin shouldn’t use the term “Anglo-Saxons” to describe American and British leadership, as the US is “enriched” by immigrants. Tracy’s tenure in Moscow has already proven contentious, with Russia’s Foreign Ministry accusing her of “direct interference” in the country’s affairs.

Russian officials, including President Vladimir Putin and former President Dmitry Medvedev, have repeatedly used the term “Anglo-Saxons” to describe the foreign leaders – mostly in the UK and US – pushing the hardest anti-Russia policies. The publication of Russia’s updated foreign policy doctrine last month made its use official, listing “the US and other Anglo-Saxon states” separately from countries in the “European region.”

“I noticed the use of this term, but…it seems very strange to me,” Tracy told the Kommersant newspaper on Thursday. “And it does not at all reflect the essence of the United States, which is a multinational country where people from all over the world live.”

“And all of them, as you know, have contributed to American culture, greatly enriched American life,” she added.

Tracy’s issue, however, with the Kremlin’s phrasing is relatively minor compared to the numerous other controversies that have emerged since she arrived in Moscow in January.

Tracy, along with Britain and Canada’s envoys to Russia, were summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry earlier this month for demanding the “immediate release” of Vladimir Kara-Murza, an opposition activist who was found guilty of treason and handed a 25-year prison sentence.

Tracy’s “provocative statements” amounted to “blatant interference into internal affairs,” the ministry said, referring to Kara-Murza as a US-backed “agent of influence.”

The ministry responded unfavorably to Tracy’s Kommersant interview too, particularly her comment that Washington “does not view Russians as enemies.” Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated on Friday that despite Tracy’s platitudes, “Russian people are getting killed” with American weapons, wielded by “a regime that was brought to power by the US as a result of a coup orchestrated by the US.”

She wrote on her Telegram post: “The Russian people are getting killed with targeting done by the US, money [provided] by the US, weapons [supplied] by the US, and by the hands of a regime that was brought to power by the US as a result of a coup orchestrated by the US,”

Speaking to reporters on Friday, Zakharova did not directly address Tracy’s “Anglo-Saxons” comment. However, she did stress that any interference by envoys of the US, Britain, Canada, or “other countries that have joined the frenzied Russophobia of the Anglo-Saxons…will be suppressed in the most decisive way, and the diplomats involved in this subversive work will be expelled from Russia.”

At the same time, the minister of defense Shoigu said on Friday“Unprecedented pressure is being applied to independent nations through the use of open blackmail, threats, ‘color revolutions,’ coups, and dissemination of blatant disinformation. All those tools long ago became the Western calling card,”.

The minister interpreted the Ukraine conflict as a vivid example of American “criminal policy.” The US goal is to “inflict a strategic defeat on Russia, create a threat to China and preserve its [hegemonic] position,” said Shoigu. “Today, Washington and its accomplices are executing a strategic plan to provoke other nations into military confrontation with the states they don’t like, primarily Russia and China.”

Thierry Meyssan: Trump, Kennedy for 2024

by Thierry Meyssan via VoltaireNet

Robert Francis Kennedy Jr., son of former Attorney General Bob Kennedy and nephew of President John Fritzgerald Kennedy, is running against incumbent Joe Biden for the Democratic Party’s 2024 presidential nomination.

Trump is currently beating Biden in the polls.

Robert Kennedy Jr. is an environmental lawyer, notably winning a groundbreaking lawsuit against Monsanto. He spearheaded a science-based indictment against Dr. Anthony Fauci and the pharmaceutical industry during the Covid pandemic [1].

Like Bernie Sanders in 2020, this left-wing figure, who has consistently stood up against the leaders of the woke Democratic Party, is trying to take it over the way that Jacksonian Donald Trump took over the Republican Party. The battle cry of Kennedy’s campaign will be the struggle against the corruption of institutions and against the power of transnational corporations.

He embodies a non-sectarian left, turned towards the Common Good.

In July 2021, Robert Kennedy Jr. participated in the ReAwaken America Tour, described by the press as a far-right Christian movement. He was photographed alongside General Michael Flynn and electoral strategist Roger Stone.

Republican Roger Stone, who participated in the campaigns of Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, George W. Bush, and led that of Donald Trump, assures us that, whatever the differences between Trump and Kennedy (especially on weapons and abortion), a national unity candidacy of the two men would offer a solution in response to the country’s division and go a long way to preserving the integrity of the United States. For his part, Steve Bannon encouraged Robert Kennedy to throw his hat in the ring.
