Is the West Preparing Us for a Second Crimean War?

Spread the Word

The Economist published an issue entitled “The Approaching Food Crash”.

The material says that the number of those who do not have enough food has already grown by 440 million people, to 1.6 billion people.

Russia and Ukraine supply 28% of world trade in wheat, 29% of barley, 15% of corn and 75% of sunflower oil.

In Ukraine, elevators are now full of grain, farmers have nowhere to store the future crop, it can rot. In the end, the publication smoothly brings the reader to the main idea (which is promoted by the collective West) – we need to unblock the Black Sea ports of Ukraine under the escort of NATO warships.

“Russia must allow Ukrainian navigation; Ukraine must clear the approaches to Odessa; and Turkey must let a naval escort through the Bosporus.”

Is The Economist gloating about the massive starvation (which is already happening in some countries and fast approaching others) being caused by the Davos crowd??? As it’s one of the Davos’ crowds’ publications, I’m thinking YES…

Don’t you think the Ukrainians are going to need that grain themselves? Not sure they have the ideal conditions, or the manpower, to produce a bumper crop this year. Or any other food, for that matter. Maybe they’re expected to immediately start repaying some loans with income from the grain?

Russia must allow Ukrainian navigation “? ~~ a direct lie. See The International Maritime Organization (IMO) reports about the Maritime Security and Safety in the Black Sea and Sea of Azov:
”Ukraine is simply prohibiting ships from entering or leaving the ports it controls. It has taken these hostage and makes unreasonable demands for their release.
It also has laid some 400 anchor mines around Odessa which are so old that some of them have parted from their chains and drifted south towards Turkey. It does not allow Russia to de-mine the sea.
Meanwhile foreign ships that had been held by Ukraine in Mariupol have been able to leave since Russia has taken the city and its harbor.
UN secretary general Guterres certainly knows all this. That he is accusing Russia of causing a blockade only shows that he does not honor the neutrality his position demands….”
